You set the parameters beforehand and dictate who qualifies for salary sacrifice, how much they spend and when. We also enable manual approval.
Our Gym Benefit is entirely digital and accessed through our mobile app. Employees simply sign up through the app and gain access to their preferred gym. We don’t provide vouchers or use complicated forms. Also, did we mention it’s free?
We make administration incredibly simple: you’ll receive notifications and can easily review each request as it comes in. Alternatively, you can set up benefits windows in advance to streamline the process, allowing requests to be bundled together for even greater efficiency.
Employees can take advantage of this benefit through a salary sacrifice agreement, which allows them to save up to 8% on their National Insurance contributions, depending on their tax rate.
As our gym benefit is a salary sacrifice benefit, only those above the minimum wage qualify. Beyond that, it’s up to you as an employer to set the eligibility rules. For example, you may wish to exclude those on probation.
